The tree is vigorous, of medium height, with a sparse spherical or spherical-flattened crown. The variety is well compatible with various rootstocks, especially dwarf ones. The fruit ripens in the period from July to August.

The fruit is rather large, spherical-flattened, with greenish-yellow skin, a pink blush, bright red stripes, and a pinkish-purple bloom. The flesh is yellowish-white, with red veins under the skin, tender, juicy, wine-sweet in taste with a hint of acidity and aroma. When overripe, the flesh becomes mealy.

The variety is not intended for long-term storage; the fruit stores for no more than 2–3 weeks. Transportability is quite good. The fruit is sensitive to wind and susceptible to codling moth and fruit rot.
