The Seuš variety is one of the regional synonyms for the authentic Slovenian apple Goriška sevka, which originated as a chance seedling in the village of Seuce. The plant is characterized by very vigorous tree growth and enters fruit production in the 4th or 5th year, with the variety being prone to biennial bearing.

Fruits ripen in late September or early October, are medium-sized, and have a round or slightly elongated shape. The ground color is light yellow, often complemented by an intense red blush. The flesh is firm and juicy, distinguished by a predominantly sweet taste with low acidity.

The variety possesses resistance to diseases such as scab and powdery mildew and is characterized by good fruit firmness. The intended use of the produce is universal: the fruits are suitable for both processing and fresh consumption in domestic settings.
