The tree is characterized by very strong, vigorous growth, forming huge canopies on seedling rootstocks with drooping branches and often twisted trunks. The width of the canopy can reach 16–20 meters.
The fruits are large to very large, weighing from 170 to 500 g, and have an uneven, angular, ribbed shape. The skin color is straw-yellow with carmine-red stripes; the flesh is loose, soft, juicy, and has a sweet-and-sour taste.
The variety is an autumn or early winter type; the fruits ripen in September–October and are suitable for consumption until November–December. The plant is winter-hardy and resistant to most diseases and pests; however, the fruits do not hold well on the branches and drop even in light wind.
