The tree of this variety is characterized by slow growth and the formation of a dense, compact crown, as the shoots are densely covered with fruit buds. The variety enters the bearing stage early and belongs to the category of traditional varieties maintained in genetic resource collections.

The fruits range from small to medium in size and have a flattened or oblate-round shape. At harvest, they are pale green in color, and russeting is often visible in the stem cavity area. The taste of the fruits immediately after harvesting is described as distinctly acidic.

The variety is used in horticulture both for fresh consumption after ripening and for processing, including the production of apple cider or wine. The height of the adult plant depends directly on the type of rootstock onto which the variety is grafted.
