Sommer Zimmt Apfel, also known as Sommer-Zimmtapfel or Cynamonowe letnie, is an ancient apple variety mentioned in 19th-century pomological publications, such as «Illustrirtes Handbuch der Obstkunde». Historically, there were difficulties in identifying the variety, as it was often confused or equated with other varieties.

The variety belongs to the summer maturity group. It received its name due to the specific spicy taste of the fruits, which resembles cinnamon. Descriptions of a striped variety of this apple can also be found in historical literature.
