The variety has been known since the beginning of the 19th century and is widely distributed, which has led to the appearance of many names, including «Папировка», «Белый налив», «Yellow Transparent» and «Transparente Blanche». The trees are characterized by moderate vigor, reaching a height of 2 to 8 meters depending on the rootstock and growing conditions.

The fruits ripen early, usually in the period from July to August. The apples have tender and juicy flesh and are suitable for fresh consumption and processing into juices or purees. The variety possesses good winter hardiness, however, it is characterized by low resistance to fungal diseases and requires preventive protection measures.
