The tree is noted for vigorous growth and forms a wide, dense crown with drooping fruit-bearing twigs, reaching a height of 3 to 5 meters. The fruits are small to medium in size, oblate-spherical in shape, with a smooth, sometimes oily skin of greenish-white or yellow color, occasionally with a slight blush.

The flesh of the fruit is white, tender, juicy, and fine-grained; the taste is characterized as sweet-and-sour with moderate sweetness and a specific aroma. The variety is a winter type; harvesting occurs in October, and consumer maturity is reached from December to April.

The variety has a susceptibility to apple scab, powdery mildew, and European apple canker. It is used as a table and processing variety, including for juice production.
