The variety is a tree with a dense upright crown that acquires an oval shape with age. The height of an adult plant ranges from 6 to 7.5 meters with a crown width of 4.5 to 6 meters.
The plant produces fragrant white flowers gathered in inflorescences. The variety produces practically no fruit and possesses high adaptability to urban growing conditions.
