The variety is a winter type; fruits are harvested in October, consumption ripeness is reached in November–December, and storage is possible until January–February. The tree is vigorous, reaching a height of 3.5 to 5.5 meters when using A2 rootstock. The variety is characterized as healthy and hardy, recommended for cultivation in zones 1–4 of Sweden.
The fruits are medium to large in size, have juicy, loose white flesh and a sweet taste with a slight acidity. The variety is used both as a dessert apple for fresh consumption and for culinary processing. It is self-sterile; suitable pollinators include Aroma, Amorosa, Cox's Pomona, Discovery, Filippa, Ingrid Marie, James Grieve, Katja, Lobo, Signe Tillisch, Sävstaholm, Åkerö, and others.
