The tree is medium-sized, with a spreading crown and drooping branches. The variety is characterized by early entry into fruit bearing and good shoot formation. Fruits are large, round in shape, yellow-green in color with a red blush or stripes, and have juicy white flesh.
The variety is late-summer or autumn-winter; fruits store until January. It possesses genetic resistance to scab and high resistance to powdery mildew. A tendency for fruit drop and sensitivity to bitter pit with excess nitrogen or heavy pruning are noted.
