Variety description

10 August 2026

The plant forms dense, compact clumps 120 to 150 cm tall. Narrow arched leaves have a reddish hue in spring, become olive-green in summer, and acquire an intense copper-red or orange-red color in autumn.

Flowering occurs in September–October with silvery-pink panicles, which turn silvery-brown by winter and remain on the plant until December. The variety prefers full sun and moist, well-drained soils; it requires pruning of the above-ground part in late winter or early spring.

The plant is resistant to lodging and possesses good winter hardiness. Used in single and group plantings, for creating hedges, landscaping flower beds, and container gardening; the inflorescences are suitable for use as dried flowers.
