Variety description

The plant reaches a height of 250–300 cm. The leaves are broad, slightly drooping, and have characteristic irregular yellow spots resembling crocodile skin. It accumulates biomass relatively slowly.

The shoots are stiff and upright; the variety is not prone to lodging. In temperate climates, it blooms extremely rarely. The plant prefers sunny areas and moderately moist, well-drained soils. Frost resistance corresponds to zone 5 down to -28°C.

Used for decorative purposes as a solitary plant or an accent plant in gardens and parks.
