Variety description

The plant forms a compact, erect or slightly arching bush. The leaves are narrow, linear, apple-green with wide creamy-yellow horizontal stripes, turning golden or brown shades in autumn. Height varies from 60–80 cm to 120–200 cm depending on growing conditions.

Inflorescences are paniculate, colored from silvery-brown to violet-red, appearing in the period from September to November. The variety is relatively winter-hardy, withstanding hardiness zones from 4 to 5. Possesses resistance to pests and drought after establishment.
