Variety description

The plant forms a bushy habit about 80 cm wide. The leaves are narrow, sword-shaped, and arching. In summer, they are medium green with a reddish tint at the tips; in autumn, they turn into rich red, orange, and red-brown tones.

The flowering period is from September to November. The paniculate inflorescences are initially dark red, later becoming silvery-brown or beige. The variety is winter hardy (zone 5, down to -28°C), prefers sunny or semi-shaded locations with humus-rich permeable soil and regular watering.
