The variety belongs to the Virginia group (bright tobacco). In the composition of the raw material, indicators of water-soluble carbohydrates and protein content were studied, as well as morphological leaf parameters such as weight per unit area and midrib proportion.

Regarding pathogens, the variety was examined in the context of resistance to potato virus Y (PVY). There is conflicting data: from classification as a tolerant variety to the detection of leaf nerve necrosis upon exposure to specific isolates. The variety possesses va-type resistance.

Economic characteristics depend on the planting pattern. It was established that with a 90 × 40 cm pattern, raw material quality improves due to an increase in carbohydrate levels and a decrease in protein content, whereas total yield and commercial value are higher with a 70 × 40 cm pattern.
