Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety belongs to plants with a drooping, compact panicle. The plant stems are above the average level for this species, while the variety demonstrates good lodging resistance. The growing season of the variety may be slightly longer compared to a number of traditional millet varieties.

The grain is yellow in color. The variety is characterized by a high thousand kernel weight and high grain weight per panicle, which ensures good yield indicators. The protein content in the grain reaches 11–12.6% with appropriate agricultural practices.

The variety has universal application. In the food industry, it is used for the production of millet groats and as an additive in baking. In agriculture, it is used for the production of feed mixtures for birds, harvesting straw for fodder, and cultivation for green fodder. In industry, it is used for the production of alcohol, beer, and starch.
