The variety is characterized by a high adaptive capacity under moisture deficit conditions. In laboratory studies, the root-to-shoot length ratio is 1.79, which confirms its adaptation to arid growing conditions.

The plant demonstrates resistance to a number of smut races. The variety is distinguished by good resistance to lodging and grain shattering.
