The variety belongs to the BVMG group, which is typical for medium leaf width and growth from medium to below average. Plants possess good sod density and strength, while tending to form stems actively during the spring period.

The variety demonstrates resistance to leaf spot, but may show susceptibility to stripe smut. In comparison with other types of bluegrass, the variety may show less pronounced winter hardiness in cold winter months.

It is used exclusively as a turf grass, often as part of various grass mixtures suitable for landscaping areas with different soil types.
