The hybrid is a specialized rootstock for peach, nectarine, and almond. The plant is characterized by relatively low vigor compared to other hybrid counterparts.

The rootstock exhibits resistance to iron-deficiency chlorosis in soils with high lime content. Regarding root-knot nematodes, it has shown resistance to Meloidogyne arenaria and Meloidogyne incognita while being susceptible to Meloidogyne javanica.

The plant presents difficulties in vegetative propagation, which limits its current use in commercial nurseries.
