The tree has medium vigor, forms a sparse crown with upward-directed branches, and reaches a height of 3–7 meters. The variety is partially self-fertile and is valued for its winter hardiness, resistance to spring frosts, and low susceptibility to apoplexy, although it can be susceptible to Monilinia and shot-hole disease.

Fruits weighing 50–60 g have an elongated almond-like shape, light orange skin, and orange juicy flesh with a balanced taste. The harvest is suitable for fresh consumption, drying, and the preparation of canned products. The kernels are edible and have a sweet taste.
