The variety belongs to the local group of Vesuvian apricots known as crisommole. The plant is vigorous with a crown up to 4–5 meters in height; flowering type and productivity are consistently high. The variety is self-fertile.

Fruits ripen in the period from late June to mid-July, are medium or medium-small in size, and have a rounded shape. The fruit color is yellow, the flesh is dense and firm, and the taste is moderately sweet with acidity and possible floral or herbal notes.

The variety is a table variety and is also suitable for processing, including preservation, due to the structure of the fruits. Scientific literature notes the plant's susceptibility to certain diseases, in particular to phytoplasmosis.
