The variety was bred from seeds of apricots of southern origin. The tree has medium vigor and is distinguished by increased winter hardiness and relative resistance to diseases. It is a self-fertile variety.
Fruit weight is 45–50 g, round-oval shape, slightly flattened on the sides. Color is yellow with a carmine blush, flesh is orange, firm, juicy and aromatic. Yield is 40–50 kg per tree, fruits ripen in the second half of July.
The variety is for universal use, adapted for cultivation in regions with marginal climatic conditions for the crop, including the Forest-Steppe zone of Ukraine.
