The variety is very early, with the harvest period in Spanish conditions occurring from the end of March to May. The tree is of medium size, possesses the ability to self-pollinate, and can serve as a pollinator for other varieties.
The fruits are small in size, yellowish-red in color with velvety skin. The flesh is juicy; the stone is difficult to separate. The plant is sensitive to spring frosts and soil salinity, and moderately tolerates drought and heat.
