The Petite-Alberge de Tours variety, also known by the names Tours, Alberge de Tours or Tourser Aprikose, is mentioned in pomological records of the early 19th century as a French variety from the Tours region. It is considered one of the representatives of the Alberge group of varieties.

The fruits are described as oval, wax-yellow in color, sometimes with a golden hue. The flesh is characterized as moderately juicy, with a spicy-sweet taste. Fruit ripening occurs at the end of August.
