PICOCCA or Piricoccu is a collective name for a group of traditional Italian apricot genotypes distributed mainly in the southern regions of the country. In scientific literature, these forms are considered within the framework of phylogenetic studies as a valuable genetic resource for breeding.

Specific agrotechnical and morphological characteristics for this group are not systematized, as this name covers a collection of various local forms maintained in family orchards. In some regional dialects, the term is also used as a general designation for apricot.
