Trees are characterized by moderately low vigor and form an open canopy. The variety is self-fertile and possesses high frost resistance; it has also been tested for resistance to Plum pox virus.
Fruits are large, orange-colored, with firm flesh and a freestone pit. They are resistant to mechanical damage during transport and are suitable for both fresh consumption and industrial processing.
