The variety «Beaulieu» (sometimes referred to as «Precoce de Beaulieu») is not a commercial variety and is practically lost in modern fruit growing. In 1938, the specimen was obtained by the United States Department of Agriculture from France and was subsequently used by breeders as genetic material.
Regarding agronomic characteristics, only the early fruit maturity is known. Detailed morphological descriptions of the plant and fruit are absent in reference books, as the variety is not intended for commercial cultivation.
1 jurisdiction
Green indicates countries where the variety is listed in the national catalogue and its seeds are authorized for sale. Expired registrations are marked separately: the variety was previously admitted, but sale is no longer permitted.
