The tree is characterized by a normal growth type or a tendency toward a weeping crown shape, with a relatively low growth vigor noted in a number of studies. The variety belongs to the mid-season maturity group; harvest usually takes place in early June depending on the climatic zone.

The fruits have a round shape and a dark purple-red color, with a size ranging from 24 to 26 mm. The flesh is firm, crisp, and juicy, with a sweet taste. The fruits possess good transportability and resistance to cracking.

The variety is self-sterile. Tragana Edessas, Germersdorfer, Napoleon, Burlat, Van, Lambert, and others are used as pollinators; the variety itself can also serve as a pollinator for other sweet cherries.
