The tree is vigorous, reaching 5–7 meters in height, and forms a wide and dense crown. The variety is self-incompatible and requires pollinator trees, such as Van, Hedelfingeni óriás, or Linda. It possesses good winter hardiness and a high potential yield of up to 100 kg per tree.

Fruits ripen in late June to early July, have a mass of 6–12 g, and are heart-shaped or flattened-spherical. The skin is carmine-red, becoming dark burgundy at full maturity. The flesh is firm, juicy, and has a sweet-and-sour taste. Fruits are prone to cracking in rainy weather and require protection against the cherry fruit fly.
