IFG Cher-two
ActivePrunus avium (L.) L. · Sweet cherry
David W.Cain
10 August 2026
The variety forms trees with vigorous growth at a young age, the intensity of which decreases as they develop. The fruits are characterized by juicy flesh and a dark color typical of the heart-shaped type.
The variety is self-incompatible. Flowers show reduced resistance to recurring spring frosts. Resistance of the fruits to cracking is estimated as medium, therefore the variety is not recommended for cultivation in high-humidity conditions.
