The variety was obtained by crossing the varieties «Auerbacher» and «Stanley». The tree is characterized by low to medium vigor and a compact crown, which allows it to be trained as a slender spindle or a fruit wall. Flowering is medium-late or late, which protects the buds from spring frosts.
The fruits are dark blue in color, have an attractive appearance and a spicy taste, and are suitable for fresh consumption and culinary processing. The variety is distinguished by high resistance to plum pox virus and good wood health, however, it shows susceptibility to bacterial burn and Valsa infections.
