The tree is medium-sized, forming a compact crown. The fruits are very large, weighing 55–70 g, oval or elongated in shape. The skin is dark blue or steel blue with a waxy bloom. The flesh is firm, juicy, yellow or greenish-yellow, with a small stone that separates well.
The variety is very late, ripening from late September to mid-October. The fruits have high dessert qualities and can be stored for up to 4–6 weeks. The variety is self-fertile, resistant to Monilinia, rust, Stigmina carpophila, and tolerant to Plum pox virus.
