Variety description

The tree is medium-sized, with a compact, columnar crown and thin shoots. The variety enters fruiting early and produces a high and stable yield without pronounced periodicity. Fruiting occurs on both one-year-old and perennial wood; the tree is easy to shape and requires minimal pruning.

The fruits are large, weighing 50–55 g, oblong in shape, blue-violet in color with a waxy bloom. The flesh is greenish-yellow, firm and juicy, with a sugar content of about 18 °Brix. The fruits are suitable for fresh consumption and culinary processing, including baking.

The variety is classified as early; the harvest period falls in late July to the first half of August, and the fruits hold well on the branches. It possesses high winter hardiness and resistance to spring frosts, Plum pox virus, moniliosis, and rust.
