The variety was obtained by crossing «Čačanská najbolja» and «Italienische Zwetsche» varieties. The tree is characterized by medium vigor and forms an open canopy. Flowering is mid-late and quite resistant to adverse weather conditions. The variety is cross-pollinating and requires pollinator varieties.
Fruits are large, with an average weight of about 38 g, have an elongated shape and a dark blue color with a waxy bloom. The flesh is light yellow, juicy and firm; the stone separates well. The variety is productive, not prone to biennial bearing, however, fruit thinning may be required to obtain large fruits.
The variety possesses high tolerance to Plum pox virus and low susceptibility to Monilinia and rust. Fruits are for universal use: suitable for fresh consumption, baking, and processing, and withstand storage well.
