The variety was obtained by crossing the Blanquerna and Belle d'Aurons varieties. The tree is characterized by medium vigor and a semi-open canopy habit. Late flowering, which occurs abundantly with medium to large white flowers, provides relative resistance to spring frosts.
The fruits have a hard shell without splitting. The elliptical kernels are characterized by the absence of double kernels and a high content of fatty acids and tocopherols, which ensures stability during storage. The variety is self-compatible, which allows it to be used in plantings as solid blocks without pollinator varieties.
