The variety is a representative of the soft-shell almond group. Fruiting occurs on spurs. The variety is self-incompatible with an S1S12 genetic profile, which requires the mandatory presence of a pollinator variety for crop formation.
The fruit kernels have an elliptical shape, the average weight of each is about 1.8 g, the surface is slightly wrinkled, and the percentage of double kernels is about 5%. The plant is adapted to the Mediterranean climate, requiring 20 chill hours and 6718 growing degree hours (GDH) for normal development.
