The variety is a traditional landrace adapted to non-irrigated farming conditions. The plant belongs to the early flowering group and bears fruit on one-year-old shoots and spurs. The variety is self-incompatible and requires the presence of pollinator varieties.
The fruits mature early. The shell is hard, and the kernel yield is approximately 30%. The average kernel weight is approximately 1.4 g, the shape is ovoid, and the surface is wrinkled. The occurrence of double kernels is moderate, at a level of 8%.
The oil of the variety contains oleic, linoleic, palmitic, stearic, and palmitoleic acids. The variety is susceptible to fungi of the Botryosphaeriaceae family, which cause canker and branch dieback. Currently, the variety is used primarily as a genetic resource for breeding programs.
