The plant has a dense growth habit and, under favorable conditions, reaches sizes of up to 3 meters in height and width. A distinctive feature of the variety is very small leaves compared to other species of cherry laurel.

Flowering of the variety occurs in the period from May to June with white raceme inflorescences with a strong aroma. New growth has a decorative bronze hue; the plant possesses winter hardiness.

The variety is ornamental and suitable for creating hedges or solitary plantings due to the ability to easily prune the crown.
