The plant has a distinct columnar habit with vertically directed branches. An adult shrub reaches a height of 2–4 meters with a crown width of 0.5 to 1 meter. Leaves are evergreen, glossy, dark green in color, oblong-lanceolate in shape.

Flowering occurs in April-May; flowers are white, gathered in small raceme inflorescences. The variety withstands frosts down to -23...-25°C, possesses high wind resistance and adaptability. Requires minimal pruning due to its natural narrow shape, however, it tolerates shearing well.

Used for forming dense evergreen hedges, especially in conditions of limited space.
