The variety was obtained by crossing «Flordagold» and «EarliGrande». It belongs to the group of varieties with a low chilling requirement, which allows it to be grown in regions with mild climates. Trees are characterized by high vigor and a quick transition to the full fruiting stage.
Fruits have yellow flesh, good firmness, and pleasant taste qualities. The variety possesses high resistance to bacterial spot Xanthomonas campestris pv. pruni. In agronomic studies, it is often used as a model object for studying early ripening and response to stress conditions.
