The variety is used in breeding programs to improve fruit quality characteristics and to develop new forms of peach and nectarine. Morphologically, the variety is characterized by high flower bud density and short internodes without them, measuring approximately 1.3 cm.
In the steppe conditions of Crimea, the variety is classified as moderately winter-hardy or winter-hardy, withstanding frosts down to -20 °C, provided the wood has matured. It exhibits satisfactory health status but requires standard preventive treatments against leaf curl.
