Prunus salicina Lindl. Japanese plum · Fruit crops

also searched as: квин роса

Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety was obtained as a mutation of «Santa Rosa» and belongs to the Japanese group of diploid plums. The tree forms a wide crown and reaches a height of 3–5 meters depending on the rootstock and training. The yield of the variety is higher than that of the parent species and becomes regular after the tree reaches its maximum height.

The fruits are large or very large, for universal use. The flesh is red, juicy, sweet, and aromatic; the stone separates with difficulty. The ripening period occurs 5–7 days later than the «Santa Rosa» variety. The variety requires standard agrotechnical maintenance and protection measures.
