Variety description

10 August 2026

Trees on this rootstock have an upright growth habit, with a vigor approximately 80% of trees on sweet cherry seedlings. The rootstock is distinguished by a well-developed root system providing high anchorage, with virtually no root suckering.

Maxma 60 ensures good yield and contributes to obtaining fruit with darker coloration and increased sweetness. The rootstock adapts well to various soil types, including calcareous soils, and possesses moderate resistance to bacterial canker, Phytophthora, crown gall, and soil fatigue.
