The rootstock promotes weaker growth of grafted varieties and accelerates the onset of fruit-bearing in trees. It possesses good winter hardiness and is suitable for cultivation in difficult soil and climatic conditions. The root system is well-developed, the tree is well-anchored in the soil, and no root suckers are formed.

The plant has good compatibility with sweet and sour cherry varieties, however, it is not suitable for the sour cherry variety «Morella neskorá». It is propagated primarily vegetatively, using green and hardwood cuttings. The disadvantages of the rootstock include the high cost and complexity of its production process.
