The tree is characterized by moderate vigor and forms a conical crown with vertically oriented branches. The variety enters fruiting relatively early; productivity is regular and abundant. Fruits ripen in late August – early September, are suitable for fresh consumption and processing, but have a short shelf life.
Fruits are medium-sized, weighing 100–140 g, elongated pear-shaped, and covered with dots. The white melting flesh has a pleasant aroma; sometimes stone cells may be present in the area of the seed chamber. The variety is self-incompatible and requires the presence of pollinator varieties such as Clapp's Favorite, Conference, or Beurré Hardy.
The variety is characterized by moderate resistance of flowers to fire blight, while the tree is susceptible to scab.
