The tree of this variety is distinguished by high vigor and forms an open, spreading crown. The fruits are very small in size, about 35 g, pear-shaped, often narrowed and curved at the stalk end. The skin of the fruit is green with a red overcolor, the flesh is granular and moderately juicy.
The variety belongs to local Italian cultivars and is characterized by high yield. Flowering begins early, in the second ten-day period of March. There are clones of the variety that differ in fruit color: Coscia di Donna Bianca with green fruits and Coscia di Donna Rosa with red ones.
