The tree is medium-sized; the variety belongs to the autumn maturity group. The fruits have a characteristic elongated bottle shape, are colored greenish-yellow, often with golden-brown russeting.

The pulp is tender, buttery, juicy, and sweet. The variety shows relative resistance to scab and is self-fertile.
