The fruits of this variety have an apple-like or round-ovoid shape and vary in size from medium to very large, reaching a weight of 150 to 750 grams. The thick and rough skin at the time of harvest maturity is light green in color, which changes to straw-yellow upon full ripening, often with russet spots.

The flesh of the fruit is white, of granular consistency, characterized by high juiciness and a sweet-and-sour taste. The variety belongs to the late-maturing group; the harvest period in a number of regions occurs 11 weeks after the Williams variety.
