The variety is a winter one; fruits are harvested in September–October, after which they require ripening. The tree is vigorous, reaching 5–6 meters in height, and has a spreading, wide-pyramidal crown that requires sanitary pruning.

Fruits weighing 100–150 g have an elongated pear shape and a yellowing skin with bright red lenticels. The flesh is white or white-cream, juicy, with a sweet taste with a slight acidity and spicy notes. The variety is characterized by good keeping quality and is used as a dessert variety.
