A mid-season ripening variety, entering bearing in the 4–5th year. The tree has a vertical or spreading crown and bears fruit on spurs and short fruit twigs. The variety is partially self-fertile; for a stable yield, pollinators such as Conference, Williams, Bosc or Doyenne du Comice are required.

Fruits are medium-sized, weighing 120–180 g, have greenish-yellow skin, often with russeting. The fruit flesh is creamy white, juicy, with a smooth texture and sweet dessert taste. Fruits are suitable both for fresh consumption and for culinary processing.

The plant is sensitive to fire blight; disease prevention is mandatory. To support the tree and regulate the load on the branches, selection of a suitable rootstock and pruning are required.
